"Breanna is super! With covid-19, we weren't able to have an in-person meet-and-greet before our booking, which made me a little nervous. Breanna took the time to video chat with us, which made me feel much better. She was super accommodating with the drop off and pick up of our two dogs. "Bree was an emergency booking. We literally met her at 6:15 in the morning and then left for a 10 day vacation at 10:00. We had booked another sitter through rover. It was our first time leaving our puppy for any length of time. I didn’t have a good feeling all day before dropping her off at their house. I made it very clear that our pup was to be the only one because she’s very aggressive with other dogs. As I’m dropping her off, the husband of the original sitter told me they double booked and had another dog coming the next day. I left there crying and panicking about what to do. I reached out to rover. They were amazing with helping me handle the situation. I went back that night and picked up our dog. Fast forward to the next morning. I felt so comfortable with Bree right away. I loved that our dog was going to be cared for at our own home instead of going somewhere else. Bree was amazing! She sent so many videos and pictures while we were away. I could tell that Piper was so happy and at ease and she LOVED Bree! We have a security system so I was able to see a few videos of their interaction. Bree made sure Piper had plenty of exercise and cuddle time! I seriously can’t say enough about her. We are so thankful we found her last minute so we could enjoy our vacation not having to worry about how the dog was doing! We will definitely rebook for any future trips!"

She provided him comfort without babying him (which is exactly what I wanted), sent tons of updates and was more than flexible with my ever changing drop off and pick up times. "Breanna has been so great! We needed to board our fur baby, Bear, for a long weekend as we traveled. We were a bit nervous at first as he normally stays with my in-laws but they were unavailable for this trip. Breanna really made us feel that Bear was in good hands. At the meet and greet Bear was being a bit protective of us around her dogs so we asked if she would mind watching him for a few hours to see how he got along with her dogs without us there. We then set up a one time walk and she did great with my boy. As you can imagine, leaving my dog with a stranger in my home for that long makes me uneasy, so I need to feel totally comfortable and I had a real comfort level using Breanna. We had a minor communicating hiccups at the beginning with the handoff, because I wasn't sure if she fed him one time and she was very agreeable to adjusting what she was used to communication to what I needed to know after her time with him, so that solidified my choice and I knew she would be perfect. The final hoop (for both of us) was the trial overnight, but just never found a night she could to do it. So she did the weekend walks without the overnight. After, I was completely comfortable to leave her with my dog, in my home for my upcoming 4 weeks vacation and so glad I had found someone so sweet and conscientious."

"Wow, wow, wow! Breanna was absolutely wonderful, I would highly recommend her! This is our first time using this app or any dog sitter for that matter. Breanna stayed at our house with our dog for 5 days. Came for a meet and greet, told us all about her previous work and qualification. She has a great dog, Bowie, who also came and stayed with our dog. She brought him over for a meet and greet to make sure the dogs got along well. Bowie was respectful and very well trained!
