Shipping Information:
Many Garden Products are made to order and you will need to allow 14 to 21 days for your item to be made (These items have a notice on their product page). Once ready for shipping, your item will be sent by Ground Delivery by UPS or USPS.

Other garden products, such as Good Directions items (Code starting with GD) are hand made and are completed within 5 to 7 days. Shipping will be by Ground Delivers by UPS or USPS. All other garden products will ship within 3 to 5 days (or less in many cases). You will be notified of any delays.

Pet products are generally shipped within two business days of receipt of your order. Pet products are shipped by GROUND Delivery by UPS or USPS and require an additional 3 to 5 days transit time for your receipt. If a product is out of stock or unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Wrought Iron products that are in stock are shipped within 3 to 10 days by UPS. You will be advised of any delays as soon as possible along with a revised shipment date.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Before returning any item, you must call or email us for specific return instructions. Most items require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER to be written on the outside of the package that is being returned.

All items must be returned within 20 days of your receipt and must be unused and in original packaging. If the item has been used, it will be returned to you. All original packing materials must also be returned, including but not limited to tags, manuals, instructions, warranties, etc. You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs UNLESS the item(s) you received was damaged or was the incorrect item.

ALL MADE TO ORDER GARDEN ITEMS: If you return an item within 20 days of your purchase, you will receive a credit toward the purchase of another item; or receive a refund of the purchase price. (Shipping charges are not refundable.) A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged if the merchandise was opened and not defective.

Other items may require a re-stocking fee and you will be advised of same at the time you receive your return instructions from us.

2. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal and money orders. We are unable to accept personal checks or cashiers checks and will appreciate your understanding.

3. HOW IS SALES TAX CALCULATED?

We honor each State's guidelines concerning sales and use taxes. We are required to collect sales tax for the State of TEXAS (8.25%) and NEW JERSEY (7.00%)

4. WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

All items are sent by Ground delivery service using UPS or USPS.

Garden products are MADE TO ORDER and may take up to TWO TO THREE WEEKS before being shipped. Once your item is ready to be shipped, it will be sent by UPS, which will take an additional 7 to 10 days to reach you.

5. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Garden products are MADE TO ORDER and require up to TWO TO THREE WEEKS to be made to your specifications. Once your item is shipped, an additional transit time of 7 to 10 days will be required in order to reach you.

No, we are unable to ship any items internationally at this time.
